It is one thing for this delusion to affect children through what is often called “social contagion,” a phenomenon brilliantly described by Abigail Shrier in her book Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters (Regnery: 2021).

The brief was filed in defense of the First Amendment rights of speech and association and to defend the rights of all citizens and organizations to be treated fairly and even-handedly by government officials no matter the political preference.

When the IRS issued a job posting seeking agents to hire, it sought those who would “carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force if necessary,” conservatives exploded with justifiable outrage.

In Loper Bright Enterprises v Raimondo, SCOTUS Dkt. No. 22-451, the SCOTUS will decide whether to overrule Chevron (1984), thereby excising significant power and authority from federal administrative agencies like the IRS and EPA.
