76th Anniversary Celebration & Project Defend & Project Our Children Launch – Mary O’Neill
America’s Future recognized its 76th anniversary in 2022 with a celebration of its rich history as among the first nonprofits in the country and used the occasion to launch its nationwide initiative called, Project Defend & Protect Our Children, established to expose, educate and eradicate child exploitation and trafficking in America.
Nearly two-hundred-and-fifty years ago, visionaries, military heroes, scholars, and revolutionary leaders created the Constitution not for themselves but for future generations of a new nation to ensure citizens of the United States of America were forever free from the clutches of tyranny.

On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, America’s Future, along with two other nonprofit organizations, submitted an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States in Gonzalez v Google, Dkt. No. 21-1333 (2022),
On Friday, October 28, 2022, America’s Future along with four other nonprofit organizations jointly submitted a Motion for Leave to File an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) supporting an Emergency Application to Stay a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals order compelling a cell phone carrier, T-Mobile, to comply with a subpoena that demands T-Mobile disclose the personal cell phone account information.
America’s Future continues to file Amicus briefs in the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and around the nation in various U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal in defense of our Constitution and to guard and protect our individual liberties. These efforts are in furtherance of our mission to fight to preserve the rights and freedoms of American citizens.
Public trust in government is at an all-time low. Confidence in agencies like the CDC is exponentially eroding with good reason. Consider a recent vote by a CDC advisory board recommending that COVID-19 vaccines be required to attend K-12 public and private schools.
A case centering on censorship by social media, including their algorithms, will be heard by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) during its October 2022 term.
On Friday, October 7, 2022, America’s Future along with four other amici nonprofit organizations, submitted an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) supporting the relief requested by the Petitioners Melissa and Aaron Kein in Klein v Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, Dkt. No. 22-204.
