On Friday, October 28, 2022, America’s Future along with four other nonprofit organizations jointly submitted a Motion for Leave to File an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) supporting an Emergency Application to Stay a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals order compelling a cell phone carrier, T-Mobile, to comply with a subpoena that demands T-Mobile disclose the personal cell phone account information.

America’s Future continues to file Amicus briefs in the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and around the nation in various U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal in defense of our Constitution and to guard and protect our individual liberties. These efforts are in furtherance of our mission to fight to preserve the rights and freedoms of American citizens.

On Friday, October 7, 2022, America’s Future along with four other amici nonprofit organizations, submitted an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) supporting the relief requested by the Petitioners Melissa and Aaron Kein in Klein v Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, Dkt. No. 22-204.

On Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, America’s Future along with four other nonprofit organizations jointly submitted a Motion for Leave to File an Amicus brief to the Alabama Middle District Court – Northern Division.

On Sunday, September 19, 2022, America’s Future along with 10 other amici organizations, submitted a Motion for Leave to File a Supplemental Amicus brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Thousands or more public comments were reportedly submitted to the Department of Education (DOE) in response to its proposed rule to Title IX – a law passed in 1972 under the Education Act to protect people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance.

America’s Future announced that it filed an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States supporting the petitioner in an election integrity case.

On Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted the Motion for Leave to File an Amicus Brief submitted to the Court one day earlier by America’s Future

On Tuesday, June 22, 2022, America’s Future along with Virginia Delegate Dave LaRock and eight other amici organizations, submitted an Amicus Brief to the Supreme Court of the United States
