America’s Future Files SCOTUS Brief Supporting Jan 6 Defendant

On Friday, October 13, 2023, America’s Future and two other nonprofits filed an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in Fischer v United States (U.S.), SCOTUS Dkt. No. 23-5572. The brief urges the SCOTUS to intervene in the federal criminal case brought against Petitioner, Mr. Joseph Fischer, for participating in the Jan 6 Capitol protest.

SCOTUS Upcoming Term to Feature Watershed Cases
