Trump v Norma Anderson, et al. (Dkt. No. 23-719) case helped score a win in the Supreme Court of the United States decision today (March 4, 2024), ordering President Donald J. Trump to be put back onto the ballot in Colorado.

“Our brief challenged the Court to act unanimously to order President Trump back onto the ballot in Colorado, and that is exactly what they did,” said Mary O’Neill, Executive Director of America’s Future. “This is a huge victory for the Republic, the citizens of our great nation, and the foundation of our freedoms – free and fair elections.”
