America’s Future Inc., a nonprofit, 501c3 tax-exempt educational organization, was founded just after World War II in New York City by a group of businessmen dedicated to the preservation of two great fundamental American principles: the competitive, private enterprise system that has made our country strong and prosperous, and the constitutional form of government that has kept us free from the tyranny of individuals or factions.
Over the decades since its founding, America’s Future has led efforts to promote American exceptionalism and American principles through print, radio, TV, and other means.
Founders of America’s Future included such distinguished Americans as Frank E. Gannett (our first president), Mrs. Amos Pinchot, and Gen. Robert E. Wood of Sears-Roebuck. Many prominent Americans have served as trustees including National Association of Manufacturers past president Robert L. Lund (a longtime president of America’s Future); Henning W. Prentis Jr. of Armstrong Cork Co.; former New Jersey Governor Charles Edison; George W. Strake of Houston; and Charles Hook of Armco Steel.
For the past 20 years, the late Phyllis Schlafly and current America’s Future Chairman Gen. Jack Singlaub have maintained America’s Future with an eye towards its renewal when the appropriate time and leader emerged. That time is now, and that new leader is Chairman of America’s Future, General Michael T. Flynn.
